Hello, I wonder how to visualize the posterior predictive distribution used for imputation in PROC MI, in case the LIKELIHOOD=AUGMENT option was used, as I believe this does not concide with the posterior predictive distribution employed when likelihood estimates are valid (the latter would be obtained through PROC MCMC). Moreover, how can I perform posterior predictive check in SAS in this case ?
I am not sure there is any good way to do this. The normal way would be to use Proc MCMC as you mentioned, but because you are using AUGMENT=LIKELIHOOD, that no longer is an option.
