Is there a way to perform an anova simultaneous component analyis (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.acax.2020.100061) in SAS or a repeated ASCA (https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pcbi.1009585 )?

I am not familiar with ASCA, but it sounds like it is a special case of redundancy analysis:

In SAS, you can perform redundancy analysis by using the TRANSREG procedure and METHOD=REDUNDANCY
https://documentation.sas.com/doc/en/statcdc/14.2/statug/statug_transreg_details23.htm

I haven't used PROC TRANSREG for redundancy analysis, but that's where I'd start.

Thank you for the suggestion. I'll explore this option.

What is ANOVA?

ANOVA, or Analysis Of Variance, is used to compare the averages or means of two or more populations to better understand how they differ. Watch this tutorial for more.
