Hi everyone,
I have 21 subjects and 4 observations per subject.
Do you know how can I do a single Bland-Altman plot ? I don't how to calculate the mean and the limits of agreement.
Thank you.
Easiest way to start researching would be to go to www.lexjansen.com which is an index of SAS user group papers, and search for Bland-Altman plot. You'll find papers like: https://support.sas.com/resources/papers/proceedings18/1815-2018.pdf .
