Bivariate Count regression models

Hello all,

I've been searching continuously for the %bicount macro from a SAS Global forum paper (http://support.sas.com/resources/papers/proceedings11/355-2011.pdf) and have emailed the authors and gotten no response.  Has anyone been able to obtain this macro?
