Hi Everyone, can someone help me to give some information (examples)

how apply the Bayesian Model Selection and PCA  analysis

in the  pharma industry?

I have knowledge about these two multivariate analysis and i would like to know

more about their application in the pharmaceutical industry.

I have to say that you should look into the SVD function (part of the IML package).  It is a dimension-reducing function; in short, it groups variables in to mutually-exclusive sets.  I found it extremely helpful for grouping 95 healthcare software application sections of hospitals in to mutually exclusive groups.
