Providing output in Excel has become a standard that businesses that use SAS have be grappling with for years. SAS has made great strides in making this endevour easier and a refinement that would help is to be able to apply left and right indents without resorting to adding ESC characters to value labels to add left-indent and changing numeric formats to character to add right-indent values.
