Hi All, 

 

When i am trying top open a report using SAS Portal, i am getting a message as below:

 

"The system unable to complete request"

Click Close to return to previous page"

                       "Close"

 

Any help on why this error is popping out at times. 

Sometimes the same report opens successfully but sometime i get this error.

I would suggest checking for errors in your pooled workspace server and object spawner logs at the time you see the error in the portal. 

 

Navigate to the following directory to find the pooled workspace server log. 

../Lev1/SASApp/PooledWorkspaceServer/Logs

Look for log files named SASApp_PooledWorkspaceServer_[date]_[machine]_[pid#].log

 

Navigate to the following directory to find the object spawner logs:

sas-config-dir\Lev1\ObjectSpawner\Logs

Look for log files named ObjectSpawner_[date]_[machine]_[pid#].log
