print report in pdf by range 'from to'

in my report contain group break by region

i want to print report in pdf but print range option 'all pages','page(s) from-to ' option not visible ,why?

only current page option visible,

so please give solution on how to visible this option ?

The print range option can be disabled if your report includes prompts that do not have default values, or if you are not displaying the group breaks on separate pages.
