Where do I store user defined formats in an OLAP cube for drill-downs?

Hi,

I defined an OLAP cube with drill-down capability and tried to access the underlying detail in SAS EG.  It couldn't display the detail as it didn't have access to the format library I had defined.  Where do I declare that?  Is this something that has to be done by the SAS admin for the site?
