Hi,
Looking into Viya 4, Does anyone can share the benefits to upgrading to this version as oppose to having an older platform of SAS like SAS 9 and Viya 3.5?
Thanks

I suggest you explore what SAS 9 and SAS Viya has to offer here: https://documentation.sas.com./doc/en/helpcenterwlcm/1.0/home.htm
SAS Viya has a completely new architecture that is built to deliver cloud-based solutions.
It's also worth considering SAS's support policies: https://support.sas.com/en/technical-support/services-policies.html
Currently only SAS Viya will be fully supported beyond 2025. SAS 9.4 M8, due out Feb 2023, will have five years of support from the release date.
Only SAS Viya is now getting major enhancements and is future-proofed while the other versions continue to receive maintenance. Given the effort to migrate to Viya whether you upgrade now or later will come down to an analysis of your own benefits versus costs.
