Using SAS Job Execution under SAS VIYA, Need help to define Download Link in the HTML/Form.

Hi SAS Viya Group Members:

Can someone share a code to define download link for PDF/EXCEL file using HTML/FORMs? 

I am using SAS Viya - SASJobExecution. 

I am using SASHELP.CARS DATASET, WITH  DROP DOWN SELECTION OF MODEL AND TYPE. It subsets and creates desired dataset, and I would like to create a PDF/EXCEL file and allow users to save/download it using a link.
