Scalability in Viya4

Hello,

I am interested to learn more on the scalability features / how to implement scalability in Viya 4.

Like what are the components that can be scaled on a ad-hoc basis / sudden surge of traffic from users

Can anyone redirect me to any documentations?

I have checked the Operations Guide and Admin Guide but haven't found it as of this writing.
