SAS Drive and View Report issue while accessing Viya on public internet

Hi,

We have SAS Viya 3.4 made available on public internet ( internet facing), we took our network team help to made it available.

How ever we are getting below error while accessing SAS Viya's SAS drive (home page) and View Report ( VA). On client network its working fine, only issue with public access on internet.

Can you please someone help to resolve this issue.

I think the firewall is blocking the request/response. How did you configure the external traffic coming in to Viya server? Have you used something like reverse proxy?

I have no idea on reverse proxy or what infra guys implemented. Could you share some knowledge on this if you have any idea.
