Hi!

We are in the beginning of migrating from 9.4 to Viya. I've run in to some trouble when trying to schedule av flow.

When I right-click a Job in the Scheduling tab and select "Schedule" a dialog for scheduling appears. I was a expecting the same behavior for flows. But when I right-click a Flow and select "Schedule" (see picture below), nothing happens.

Is there something I've missunderstood? Or is it a bug?

We're running LTS 2022.09 Release:20221204.1670135807038

We have tried in different browsers (Edge, Chrome and FireFox) with the same result.

Best regards

Fredrik

Actually, I work in the technical support department of SAS France. We are currently working on this problem, if you really need it you can open a track but I recommend you to wait for the next fix. It should be available soon.

Have a good day

When you right-click and select "Schedule" a "Schedule Flow" dialog should appear.

If this is not happening you may want to engage SAS Technical Support.

Your browser's developer tools (console and network trace) may have more detail as to what is failing when you select Scheduling from the context menu.

That looks like you are getting a HTTP 500 response when calling jobFlowScheduling, which should have an associated error in the job flow scheduling pod log.

Scheduled flow are actually impacted by an issue on the LTS 2022.09
To avoid this issue, I recommend you to go on STABLE 2022.11 or later.

Thank you!

I will show your answer for SAS support. Do you have any bug-id or tracknumber I can give them?

Thank you!

We installed a htofix for 2022.09. The scheduling dialog now appears, so I'm setting your answer as solution.

However, the scheduled flow doesn't seem to actually start. I started a new track for that issue: How do I make my scheduled flow to actually run?

Best regards
