I'm using the git interface in SAS Viya, but it is having trouble loading when there are large files in the repository. There is one file of mine that has to be in the repository and I can not change it, that is over 250,000 lines. When I go to the history tab, the interface just hangs because it's creating file diffs by default for the commits. Is there a way to turn off the file diffs, or limit them to a certain number of lines? I could commit the file and push to GitHub, then add it to the .gitignore after that, but I would still have to deal with the lag when I first commit it. Any advice is appreciated!

I don't see anything in the doc on how to do this, so you may want to engage technical support to see if this is possible.
