Hi experts,

I have encountered the problem documented here: https://sas.service-now.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0042055

I cannot find any way to monitor this KB for updates (via RSS as an example) so to know when this will be fixed. Not only that but at https://my.sas.com when I open the order I can see that a new update is available but there is no way to know what that update fixes...

In SAS 9 and SAS Viya 3.5 there is this site: https://tshf.sas.com/techsup/download/hotfix/HF2/Viya_home.html which I can track what fixes were released but I cannot find anything equivalent for Viya 4.

Any idea about this?

If you use the "Log in" link at the top of the article page do you then have the option to "watch" the KB article?
The issue in that particular article has been fixed.

Hi @gwootton

I logged in and do not see any "watch" button:

I also do not understand how I can realize what has been fixed with each release of a SAS Viya patch.

In SAS 9 and SAS Viya 3.5 there were pages dedicated to listing the fixes for example for Viya 3.5: https://tshf.sas.com/techsup/download/hotfix/HF2/Viya_home.html

Where is the corresponding page for SAS Viya 4?

Hi

The SAS Quality Knowledge Base is common to SAS 9.4, SAS Viya 3.5 and SAS Viya 4. The CI33 is the last version, and the one we are patching.

But in SAS9 and SAS Viya 3.5 there was a hotfix page where one could see all the defects/bugs fixed in that hotfix. Where can I see this for SAS Viya 4? For example SAS publish a new release for Stable 2025.07 how can I know what was fixed in that release?
