Error message

Sas Viya is suddenly working very slow and "Unable to retrieve keyboard shortcuts" keeps popping up when I tried to access Develop SAS code to import my data. It has never happed like this before. Anyone knows how to solve this problem?

SAS Viya where? In your company, the free learners' version? What component of Viya are you referring to - SAS Studio? Try closing and reopening your internet browser. Are other SAS users having the same problem or is it only your computer? Talk to your SAS administrator if this is in a company.
