Good day,

I'm having trouble starting the Lasr Server.

When I'm logged in as Administrator ,and in the Manage envirnoment.

When I try starting the LASR Server i get the following error:

The user "SAS Administrator" could not log on to the server "SASApp - Logical Workspace Server". No valid identity could be found for the authentication domain "DefaultAuth".

Could I please get assistance with this?

Hi

Can I assume by "SAS Administrator" that you are logging in with sasadm@saspw?

This user will not have an OS account, and so can't spawn a workspace session, to run the code to start the LASR.

Try with the account used to install, sasinstall or sas or something similar.

You'll need an account with OS and metadata permissions.

Regards

Brian
