adjusting charts sizes when changing monitors

Hello everyone!

I am having the problem of changing monitors, when I design the report on a bigger monitor and view it on a smaller one, the graphs get messed up and some of the data disappear. And the same, when I design it on the smaller monitor and view it on the bigger I get a lot of spaces.

It might be something that I am missing, but I would like to have some advises.
