YoY/QoQ/MoM for attrition

How do I effectively show QoQ difference in SAS VA?
If I want to show the increase or decrease in attrition.

Hello @Shivraj93 

 

Firstly you need to have appropriate Category data available. For example for QoQ you need to have a date(time) variable that has Quarter format.

Secondly you need to create Aggregated Measure for QoQ attrition. The easiest way to achieve this is by hovering over Attrition > Click right-mouse-button > New calculation... > Type = Difference from previous period, Date = Quarter.
