Hi,
I am unable to open the Report Viewer and unable to view any report when logged in to Report Designer.

The error 'HTTP Status 404 – Not Found' is shown in the browser.

Hi -

Is this VA 7.4 or Viya? If 7.x, can you make sure VA Viewer app is actually running?
What other symptoms are you seeing? Was it ever working before and suddenly stopped?

Hi @Meera_SAS,

 

We are using SAS VA 9.4. 

 

We are able to access all options except report Viewer. This is not the first time we're facing this issue.

Also We cannot access VA from other client systems

Were you able to conform if SAS VA Viewer is actually up and running?

Can you tell us the path through which we can see the status of SAS VA viewer.

You have VPN in the post subject. Are you referring to viewing reports over a Virtual Private Network or some other meaning?
