VA 7.3 Designer and Explorer Modern theme

I'm currently using Visual Analytics 7.3 and I just figured out how to change modern theme(HTML5) for SAS Home and Viewer on SAS Management Console.

However I still haven't found the solution to change the theme of Explorer and Designer.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated !

Only SAS Home and SAS Visual Analytics Viewer have the  'modern' theme in 7.3. Beginning with 7.5, all of the components are 'modern.'
