Hi

I conducted a experiments having data of seven repeated times with two treatments and three replications (locations) (see below). I want to do analysis by logarithmic Poisson generalized linear mixed model (GLMM) to know treatment effect in each time as well as time effect and time*treatment effect. Could you provide sas code for doing this analysis. Please look at the data below. Thanks in advance.

I alredy did repeated measure ANOVA by Proc GLM, but now I have to change the analysis to 'logarithmic Poisson generalized linear mixed model (GLMM)'.

Can you provide references describing what logarithmic Poisson generalized linear mixed models are? Googling these terms only returns applications in software reliability, which isn't to my knowledge an experimental discipline.

Could you provide sas code like generalized linear mixed models (GLMMs).
