Using a sunburst to visualize pseudo-hierarchies with #D3Thursday

For SAS Global Forum 2019, Ryan West, Elliot Inman, and Olivia Wright wrote a paper titled Kustomizing Your SAS Viya Engine Using SAS Studio Custom Tasks and D3.js.

In order to visualize the output of multiple cluster models created in the paper, they created a D3.js sunburst chart.
