Upload issue in communities

Dear Admin,

I am trying to upload the screen shots but i am getting followed error.

The image size is to large.

The image size is below 2 MB.

Can any suggest me.....

Hi Teja Surapaneni,

How are you trying to upload the screenshot? Have you tried uploading it by attaching it as a file, for the maximum size is 50.0 MB, which could potentially be a solution.

I have the same problem with a png of  16 kb.  Must be somthing wrong there.

We have been dealing with some SPAM issues, and the ability to attach files and upload images was hindered. It should work now - I'm so sorry for the inconvenience.
