We are experiencing numerous reporting server failures of 6-8 times a day requiring us to restart the reporting server. We are having a hard time determining what is causing this failure is. When looking through the logs, I did see this message though:

Error gathering metadata information for custom - Table Metadata may be incomplete - DataQueryException: Unable to access

I was able to determine what was causing this cascading failures,. its a java out of memory error. We dont even have that much data in SAS, does anyone know how to resolve or come across something like this:

 [f211ed6e49f12a22] Error retrieving data results for DataDefinition dd1877 in Report uri:/reports/reports/25d695e7-cfb4-499b-87c5-74e4860ee1ea - dataLevel=custom - java.lang.NullPointerException
