Hi,

I have a report in Visual Analytics. I am using key-value graphs in one page. These pairs stands in a precision container in a standard container. These key-value cards doesn't seem in mobile app. I am using iPhone 11. The SAS Visual Analytics app version is 2024.10.0. Is there a workaround or solution to this?

HI @fda2

Thanks for sharing the information.

The problem is a combination of smaller phone screen sizes and the use of precision containers. Normally, on a smaller screen size, the VA app will rearrange content to fit on the screen as best as possible. When you use precision containers, though, we try to honour that instead. With limited screenspace, it becomes difficult to show all content this way, which is what you are experiencing in portrait mode. We do not have any way around this. The only alternative is not to use precision containers, allowing the mobile devices to rearrange content accordingly.

With designing for a mobile device, there is trial and error. Avoid precision containers and let the app do the resizing.
You can refer to this documentation on precision containers, which notes you may get undesirable results on smaller screens: Refer to the link: SAS Help Center: Additional Recommendations for Designing Reports

Hope this helps you.

Can you include a screenshot of the web view and the mobile view?

Are you using a precision container in your report?
