Hi Everyone,

We have table on a report in VA. The user choose some options from combobox filters to display the records on a table. In some case, we have a huge number of records and appears a warning on the reports and not shows the results.

My question is, there is any way to show only 1,000 records on a table report? And if the result has more than 1,000 shows a message saying which is the total number of records and a text saying that is only display the first 1,000?

Regards,

Hello Maria,

What version of VA are you using?

There are administrative options to to set the data limits for some objects, but I'm not sure if there is one specifically for list tables.

I don't think that customizing the message will be possible.

Thanks,

Sam

Thanks @Sam_SAS . We are working on a solution based on rank and parameter. It's not ideal but for now it's the only solution we find.

Ah, yes! Ranks are a good approach here.
