SAS VA 7.3 Alt-Text

Hi,

I need to make an accessible report and i'm having difficulties setting up alt-text in the report designer and accessing it in the report viewer. The pop up text is not showing up. Do i need to enable something in the Report Designer page?

I would also appreciate other advise on designing accessible dashboards. the Accessibility Features document is not a how to and it is silent on important stuff like alt-text.
