Restricting access to a report in SAS Information Delivery Portal version 4.3

I am trying to find out if a report can have access restrictions placed on it so that only a subset of users can access and view the report.  The report would be deployed in SAS Information Delivery Portal version 4.3.  Several users would be able to access the portal, but I would only want a subset of users to actually view the report.  I could not find any information in the SAS documentation that was lreated to setting restrictions or security settings.

there are many ways, but most probably the most popular, and secure, is to change the metadata permissions on the report itself from the SAS Management Console, not from the Information Delivery Portal
