I would like to ask few questions. I have a set of data set and how do I find this using excel.

1. How long is the second purchase from the first?
2. How often do customers return?
3. What’s the average time between purchases?
4. Suggested metrics to track based on the Part 1 Analysis

Please give me an idea. Thank you

Are you trying to do your work in Excel or SAS?

A CSV file is a "comma separated value" file, stored in a text format and is not an Excel file.

Did you mean to say "How do I find this using SAS"?

Hi,
Yes. I have a set of the data as you can see in the attachment. I want to make it visualise and find the answer
