And of course 6.2 M1 was released in October
Hi Ben
Its a convoluted process to get the download (well this side of the world it is)
1) Contact your account manager and ask for an updated download key
2) Wait till contracts generate the key for you (its end of financial year so will be slower than normal)
3) When the key arrives check its for the right product set
4) Install sas download depot software
5) kick off download process
6) Its normally about 20-30GB so wait a while
7) Upgrade
I do believe an alternative would be
1) SAS realise they have released a new product
2) Automagic process looks up all the customers that have that product licensed.
3) Automagic email sends the download key
I was very excited to hear this yesterday! When are those with 6.2 looking to upgrade to 6.3? I hear SAS AUS are looking to do theirs mid Jan. Looking to hear some of the upgrade stories when people do.
Does anyone know where the link is to download the new 6.3 version of SAS VA?

ok looks like only the server version of 6.3 was released in Dec and the ios app won't be available for download form the apple store until around the 20th of Jan.
