HTTP Status 500 -Application visual analytics hub 7.3 does not exist

hi all,

 

after restarting all the server the va throwing an error in browser like "http status 500-applicaion 'visual analytics hub 7.3' does not exist.is it appropriately registered for the underlying data implementation?"

 

i have been restarted so many times but never seen this kind of error .. appreciate your suggestions please.

no. licence stll available. i checked in e.g (through setinit ).
