Hello, I would like some help with this problem.

When saving a report in Visual Analytics, this pop-up showed. I tried to open the same report on another tab but it can't be loaded. I refresh the report on the first device but it didn't load too.

This pop-up showed when I open it in another tab, and when I click yes, it either stuck on the opening report or failed to load it.

Is there any way to recover the report?

I have SAS Viya 3.5 and SAS Visual Analytics 8.5.2. Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Any special symbols or special characters in the loaded data?

For example : the issue can be caused by the EURO Symbol in the data. By changing € to the word "euro" it is solved.

Cheers,

Koen

Does the percent symbol count?
I have data with a column format as a percentage, but the data itself is only float number.

No. The percent sign is not a problem.

There should be another reason!

You can also contact Technical Support in your country if you cannot sort it out.

Thanks,

Koen

Does the report contain any external links? If so, you might be encountering this problem:

I'm facing the exact same issue. Did you manage to resolve it ?

There are a variety of different reasons why a report can't be saved. The following SAS note describes one possibility.
