Dear All;

 

I have created a report and it works fine for a couple of days, then I changed the source data set and run the query, when i opend the report to do some changes, it does not open,

 

any help on this, or if there is any way to open the report from a different way. the report took me more than 2 weeks bulding it.

describe well your issue. On the 3 of them, SAS suggest to contact SAS technical support.

 

If you google or search on support.sas.com this kind of issues, you will be able to find some answers by yourself 😉

this error might have occurred because you might have used same section name or calculated column name in 2 reports. why its say unexpected second use of a unique name.
But I have observed this issue in above scenario.
best way is to keep back up of your report.

The main problem, I guess, is that once you get this kind of issue, you cannot open/edit the report anymore, it is virtually corrupted. Therefore it has to be solved with workarounds.

Error while opening a report

This is commonly happening in most of the environments.  So to resolve\overcome this issue, you need to import the same table\dataset again. Then open the saved reports.  It should work if you didn't save the reports when you got an error.
