Hello,

I'm trying to sign in to SAS Visual Analytics. After I provide my log in details it is showing following error:

"The System is experiencing problems.Please contact your administrator".

Note:My log in details are correct.

Have you contacted your company's IT support?

Try to log in again, if the same problem presists... Ask your IT Team to restart the SAS Services. Hopefully this will solve the issues.

Restarting the SAS services solved the problem.
