Dynamic Text Input based on Drop Down

I want drop-down value to be displayed in text input. Suppose there is a drop-down for countries and a value, say 'USA', is selected from the drop down. I want 'USA" to be displayed in text. Is it possible the text value to be displayed in chart title?
