How do we configure geographical location in VA?

Can you be more specific about what you want? Do you mean your software locale?

For VA, there are two locales. The locale setting for your browser determines the client side locale. The locale for the CAS server determines the locale for data processing.

I am not an expert on Viya admin so I am not sure of the best way to set the CAS locale. I see a LOCALE= session option when I search, but I'm not sure if that is what you need.
