In the post-COVID world there is a lot of interest in where jobs have been lost or gained. I have access to the industry data for this in SAS VA but am not able to work out how to compare industry job numbers to a fixed month i.e. February 2020 which is the data before COVID really impacted.

As the current months data is loaded the comparison needs to be most recent month compared to Feb 2020.

A comparison to an annual relative period doesn't work (except for February) as the comparison point stays fixed.

The data in VA has the following formats
Industry  Accommodation
Month 02/2020
Total jobs 67308

As the jobs are both lost and gained I would also like to show a top 30 based on absolute values - if this can't be done I can do two graphs lost jobs and increased jobs.
