Alternating Row Colors are not Alternating

I am on SAS VA 7.4

When I use a list table and select alternating row colors, for some reason they do not alternate every other row, they skip around....(see attached picture. Notice that the first few rows alternate just fine, but the bottom half does not. As you scroll down through the data you will see that the alternating is sporadic. 

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Is this a problem specifically with printing? I am unable to reproduce the behavior. Can you change the alternating colors to something with more contrast and test again.
