HELP. My SAS studio license expired on August 2, 2020. Now it doesn't work. I saw in another post that I needed to download the updated .ova file, but I don't know where to find this file. I also hit the  SAS University Edition Information Center updates button and it did not work. Can someone help me, please?

You go back through the full install procedure if you didn't update ahead of time.

Make sure to note where your myfolders is and do not delete that folder! You'll want to link it back to SAS UE rather than create a new one. If you have any other shared folders you'll need to do the same.
