Problem in loading University Edition after update.

first I install unvbasicvapp__9411006__ova__en__sp0__1.ova which was working fine, but after few days I caught in problem of just loading page in browser. After that I try to update it but "failed to update" message appears. Then I agian download new update from site unvbasicvapp__9411005__ova__en__sp0__1.ovf which was unable to load in VM Fusion.

Please solve my problem.
