From the data above, I need to create a table as attached using macros. I'm learning an efficient use of macro. Any suggestion would be a great help.

Not sure what you need suggestions on:

1. create a template in Excel, with the report structure you want.
2. For the fields you need that are not formatted into a nice table, link them to cells behind the scene so you can export data from SAS straight into the template.
2. Use SAS to copy the template, FCOPY
3. Export data to the template for each report.

First, get it working for one report and then work on automating the report.
