How to uninstall SAS Studio

Hi Everyone,

I want to upgrade my SAS, but unfortunately it is not updrading (as all of you know, a message of Try Again comes).

So, I decided to uninstall the previous version completely and then again install latest version.

Please review the following attached document, it will give information what I have tried to do till now.

If you only want to supply textual information, please do so in a simple text file. Nobody in their right minds will open an MS Office document from the web. Unless they don't mind losing their data and having to answer to their Security Officer.
