How to update SAS

Hi, 

Please someone describe to how to update SAS Studio. Everytime when I try a dialouge comes on home screen:

The check for updates did not complete. Make sure you are connected to the internet and try again.

So, what should I do? Should I download it again and run the .exe file again (without uninstalling previous one)?

It's not an exe file, it's a .ova file.
