Display maintenance related message on SAS Studio Login Page

Hi All,

Is there an easier way to display dynamic messages on the SAS Studio login page to apprise the end users about scheduled maintenance activities?

I know we can customize Login, logout but that requires one to rebuild and redeploy web apps. I do not want to go that route. Is there a way we can edit some config file (web server level) to display this message on the Login page?
