Unable to access projects under build models

I am a student accessing SAS viya for learners. Under the build models tab after launching my software, I have had a recent issue of being unable to view my projects. An error comes up that makes it unable to access my projects. I have tried using chrome, safari, and even a desktop. My professor told me to email SAS yet they told they are unable to help and sent me a link to this discussion board. Attached is the error that comes up when attempting to access my projects.
