SAS onDemand for Academics - Studio not Initializing

hi
can anyone please assist, i registered this morning absolutely no problem, managed to get SAS Studio to launch and was really enjoying my course

However after lunch, it will not load, it's just donutting and saying Initializing, this has been going on for over 30 mins
