If you experience any of the issues listed above, first make sure that you are logging into your SAS OnDemand for Academics Account Dashboard and clicking on Launch next to Code with SAS® Studio so that an additional SAS Studio tab opens in your web browser:
SAS® OnDemand for Academics SAS Studio is not typically accessible without logging into the dashboard first. If you are logging into the dashboard first and Launching from that page and experiencing an access issue, please try the steps below to hopefully provide a resolution for this:
Clear your saved tabs in SAS OnDemand for Academics SAS Studio. To do this look under Other Actions: and click on the Clear my saved tabs link. You should then receive a message that the tabs have been cleared and you can return to the dashboard to try to Launch SAS Studio again.
