SAS Studio continuously logs out after a few minutes while I am actively coding. Is there a system-wide issue going on?
Great investigative questions, @tom_grant! And good news, @u1651073 - I'm working in OnDemand for Academics this morning and am not experiencing any issues!
I personally see the sporadic logout issue appear when I'm on VPN and/or using Safari. Although Chrome is a (typically) excellent browser, I've never experienced the intermittent disconnection from ODA while using Firefox.

Hi @tom_grant. Yes, I am using SAS OnDemand for Academics, and I'm in the US. I am not using a VPN. I'm on a high speed wired Internet connection. I was using Chrome yesterday when this issue began. @Rachel_McLawhon, I tried using Firefox today, and am still experiencing the same issue. It logs out after about 5 minutes, even though I'm actively using it.
